Yoga for Healing
The road of yoga is endless - it all starts with a pose and a thought, and expands into a never-ending path of self-discovery and growth. The love I have for birthing bodies and my passion for yoga is how Soulfully Moving was birthed.
My journey began in 2010, when I discovered a hot yoga studio from a Groupon. Then during quarantine of 2020 my personal practice grew deeper which led to becoming a certified 200hr Hatha Yoga Instructor from Yoga Blue Fitness. Shortly after receiving my 200hr RYT certification, I started training with Ma Yoga/ 85hr Prenatal Yoga Instructor program.
In my professional career I’m a Bachelor degreed Registered Nurse with a certification in Maternal Newborn Nursing from National Certification Corporation. I have served moms for 17 years during their Postpartum period. I also have experience with breastfeeding, and Level 1 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
